- Buyer And Seller (refinery) Sign A Sale Purchase Agreement Setting All
conditions And Terms;

- Buyer Issues A Rwa Letter To Seller (rafinery) Nominated Account With The
financial Manager (dual Capital) Via Swift Mt799;

- The Bank Of The Financial Manager Will Respond To The Rwa Via Swift Mt799 With The
acceptance Of The Rwa And Readiness To Receive The Blocked Funds Confirmation;

- Upon Receipt Of The Readiness To Receive The Blocked Funds, The Buyer Issues The
blocked Funds Confirmation Via Mt760;

- Delivery Of The First Will Be 45 Days After The Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Mt760
from The Financial Manager And Every 30 Days After The First Delivery
