The second fixing price as quoted on the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) in
USD per troy ounce on the day of delivery/of the issuing of the Airway Bill of Lading (AWB)

11.Consultancy Fees
1.5 (one point five percent ) for Buyer’s side paid by Buyer’s account.
The Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) is made as in integral part of the
Under-lying contract.
12.Payment
Buyer’s bank issues to Seller’s bank an irrevocable, assignable, divisible, transferable and
callable cash-backed SWIFT 103 FIELD 72 wire transfer(conditional payment) in favor of Seller’s
account , covering the total initial delivery of 12 MT (12 Metric Tons) AU.
Against the reception, authentication and verification of said bank instrument, Seller’s Bank
Confirms to Buyer’s bank by SWIFT MT 799 the existence of the client’s account and of the
Product and its readiness for export.
Once all documents are completed for export, Seller’s bank transmits the original documents
To Buyer’s bank, with full banking responsibility, for payment within 72 (seventy two) hours
as of B/L (AWB) of the total amount of the tranche delivered.
Payment to be based on a new final non-destruct assay by an LMBA Refinery.
13.Currency/Bank coordinates
Payment either in USD or Euro by SWIFT format MT103-72 to seller’s Account
14.Documents
All Documents pertaining to the Product will be issued in the name of the Buyer.
Each and every tranche shall be accompanied by the following documents:
Certificate(s) of Ownership;
Commercial invoice(4 originals)
Certificate of Purity/Weight;
Assay Report (International Accepted Hallmark);
Customer Clearance;
License to Export issued by the Government of Exportation Country;
Export Permit issued by the Government of Exportation Country;
Certificate of Origin of Gold;
Warrant/Certification that AU metal is of non-criminal non terrorist origin;
AU metal is confirmed by the Seller to be freely tradable and exportable worldwide(except for USA)
Seller’s declaration that all duties and taxes to the relevant authorities are paid, and AU Metal is free of any liens, taxes and encumbrances of any kind at delivery.
15.Location
The Product is under the control of the Seller and will be shipped to Buyer’s nominated free
zone international airport at Seller’s expenses by Brinks or his own airplanes.
